SAACBA exists to protect small to medium enterprises within the industrial relations environment. More often than not, Employers are not allowed legal representation at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils. On the rare occasions when such representation is allowed it comes at a hefty cost. Employers Organisations are a lawful means for Companies to be represented at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils. We partner with competent Industrial Relations and Labour Law consultants in order to defend to rights of our members.
